Arizona's State Chapter Founder

Olivia Bex

Olivia Bax is the Co-Founder of Move for Good, an Arizona nonprofit dedicated to promoting movement and wellness for underprivileged and economically disadvantaged youth, and is thrilled to introduce DanceWell’s Arizona Chapter. Olivia grew up as a competitive dancer and, in recent years, has been a member of her high school’s pom team as well as the all-star pom team, AZ Aces. She will be continuing to partake in each of these programs as she enters her senior year. She is passionate about sharing her love of dance through service and volunteerism, believing in its ability to build confidence, foster connection, and bring joy to others. Through DanceWell Arizona, Olivia hopes to create meaningful opportunities for children to experience the physical, emotional, and social benefits of dance while inspiring others to give back to their communities.

Massachusetts's State Chapter Founder

Tess Brown

Maddie Manry established the Massachusetts chapter of Dance Well. She has an extensive history of dance with over 14 years of experience. Maddie has won numerous national championships, as well as a silver medal from the 2025 World Tap Championship in Prague, Czech Republic. She is competent in all styles of dance, including jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, and ballroom.

Maddie brought Dance Well to her area because she is passionate about sharing her love for dance and the benefits dance has on an individual’s physical and mental wellbeing. She creates safe and enjoyable spaces for participants to explore movement and feel empowered as a community.

Pennsylvania's State Chapter Founder

Amelia Gillings

My name is Amelia Gillings, and I am honored to serve as the Pennsylvania State Chapter Director for Dance Well. I am currently a rising junior, and I have been dancing for 10 years. Through dance, I have learned the importance of discipline, creativity, connection, and using my talents to encourage others.

As an aspiring physician, I am passionate about Dance Well’s mission of creating an inclusive and supportive environment where people of all ages can feel confident, connected, and valued. I am excited for the opportunity to help lead chapter experiences, support fellow dancers, and continue growing as a leader while serving my community. Outside of dance, I enjoy percussion, music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to being part of Dance Well’s mission and making a positive impact through movement and compassion.
